Directed by Steven Spielberg and produced by Peter Jackson, The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn is generating some pre-release buzz.

Secret of the Unicorn is the first in a trilogy based on the Belgian author Herge's much beloved Tintin comic books.
The film depicts Tintin's (Jamie Bell) first encounter with Captain Haddock (Andy Serkis) and the discovery of a clue to the treasure of his ancestor Sir Francis Haddock. They set out to find it with of course detectives Thompson and Thomson (Simon Pegg and Nick Frost)hot on their tail.

The real-life animation looks seems a bit creepy to me. But maybe the final product will have the Spielberg/Jackson magic.
