Texas Chainsaw Massacre in 3D

We all know of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and the horrors it brought to its viewers. The next installment is underway and is said to be shot in 3D. Just to make the blood and gore more believable and in our face.

Comingsoon.net states that the story will pick up where the last one left off. A new chapter derived from Tobe Hoopers 1973 masterpiece. Its main goal is to make it as horrifying as possible and scare the pants off its viewers - all of this in 3D.

The directer is John Luessenhopp and the studio Lionsgate. That is all the information that has been provided so far. It will probably still be a while until filming is done, a release date has not as yet been provided.

So we have some time to prepare ourselves for the utterly horrifying film. It may be time to start watching previous versions of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre and imagine what is in store for us.

What do you think about this film in 3D?
